Our Lady & St Anselm’s

Response was made almost immediately and support in place soon after.

Very clear advice and doable strategies suggested.

Thank you for all the support and advice given so far along with constructive feedback on provision already in place.

“Thank you for returning all the reports so promptly and for all your support and guidance - I know the staff have really benefited from working with you as well as. It has also been great for Marisa with her being so new to role. Furthermore, the reports and action plans will contribute significantly towards the EHC application.”

"Sandy has been a tremendous support for both the child and for us at school. Without this support, I am certain that the behaviours we were experiencing would have sadly led to his exclusion from school.

Since Sandy has started working with him, he has been attending school on a more regular basis and has been able to access the learning in school. The support in school, and remotely via email and telephone calls, has ensured that we have been able to meet his ever-changing needs.”

“Since last June I have spoken to Sandy on the telephone several times to discuss an autistic boy in my class. She has given me different strategies and activities to try within my classroom and at play times. During this time I have incorporated these strategies and activities within school and they have been a success, they have made a huge difference to his behaviour and attitude in class and outside, particularly over the last 6 weeks, what a difference. He is much calmer and settled, working both more consistently in class and at play time. Therefore I don't feel I need to move on to stage 2 and have anyone from Cribden House to come in to school to observe him. Thank you so much for your help and assistance it has been invaluable.”
